Muay thai and kickboxing in Vilnius
A-Force striking groups are coming soon to Vilnius, in Žirmūnai: H. Manto g. 6, the same gym where the A-Force BJJ community already trains. We are planning muay thai and kickboxing classes.
We will announce the schedule and coaches shortly. Call or write to us and you will be the first to hear when we start.
Muay thai or kickboxing?
Muay thai, also known as Thai boxing, uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and an important part of it is the clinch, fighting at close range. Kickboxing combines boxing punches with kicks, which makes it simpler to start with.
Both sports build endurance, strength, coordination and self-confidence. Not sure which to choose? Call us and we will advise based on your goals and experience.
What a class looks like
