Why muay thai?

Muay thai is more than a martial art. It is discipline, respect, self-control, responsibility and self-belief. Thai boxing is called the art of eight limbs: you strike with fists, feet, knees and elbows.

You don't need to be strong today. All you need is the will to learn and take the first step: complete beginners are welcome at the A-Force muay thai club in Kaunas, Šilainiai.

01

Self-confidence

You will learn to control distance, react and stay calm when things get tough. That helps outside the gym too.

02

Fitness

Intense sessions build endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. We adapt the load to your level.

03

Character and discipline

Victories start not in the ring but in every session where you give everything even when tired.
